First of all Karen is a perfect host. She was fast to respond with any questions or concerns. She makes sure her guests feel welcome at her home. Her home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities you would need. The home is extremely comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. The yard is well kept up with a great fenced in backyard and a very nice patio area for relaxing on. The home is in a very nice neighborhood that is very peaceful and quiet. I loved my stay at Karen’s home and I would highly recommend staying here if you are staying in the Palm Coast area. When I’m back in the area she is the first person I’m calling!

I grew up in Florida, so it was like coming home. The house has a beautiful layout. The pool was amazing. Lots of things to do in the garage. We were never bored. Even if we were, this is definitely just a place to relax!! Karen responded to every message and even sent things out before I could get a chance to ask. My family and I will be back!!!

My significant other, best friends, and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in your home. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed and at ease—it was warm, inviting, and instantly felt like home. Leaving was genuinely one of the hardest parts of the trip. We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Indian Trails Sports Complex. Very convenient and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. This was the cleanest Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Responsive host and great communication. Would stay here again.

Karen's place is just like pictured. From the time you walk in you are greeted with the fresh scent of clean and cute little touches throughout the home. It's spacious, and comfortable. There was bottled water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, coffee supplies in the coffee bar. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of spices so no need to bring your own if you plan on cooking. The house is very modern with stylish furniture, beds are comfortable, pool area was very relaxing. Karen is very responsive and helpful. Many restaurants near by, a short drive to the beach. I can't think of anything negative about this space or our stay. My girls had a blast here and I will no doubt stay here again. It has to be one of the top 3 airbnbs I've stayed at in this price range.

The home was absolutely beautiful, and felt like a home and not just a house. very comfy furniture I just melted into the love seat, and slept sound in the bed. and we had everything we needed and more. the pool was a pleasant pass time and we indulged every chance we had. the home was very welcoming and felt like it was meant to have a family there. There are so many game options to enjoy and spend time with family and are lots of fun. The neighborhood was very peaceful and beautiful. The location is very convenient to so many places and stores. The worst part about the 5 days staycation, was having to leave it behind. would and have already recommended this home to others and I would definitely go back for another stay in the near future. The yards was well maintained and very pretty and welcoming. My mom and I had a wonderful vaca. and if you get the chance during your stay, check out the Polynesian dinner and fire show in Daytona. A 30 min drive and worth every penny.

Myself and my family travel down for my brother wedding!! Upon arrival I spoke with Karen regarding early check in to arrival on time for our occasion- Karen was everything and more ❤️❤️ she granted early access - and made sure our check in was super easy!! Upon entering the home/ you our welcome with a beautiful outside - that lights up and a nice little waterfall on the side of the yard “ located by front door” the home was filled with so much love- it was very welcoming - the picture on the sight does no justice !! I’m very OCD- and travel alot- this home 🏡 over succeeded my expectations and more!! Karen you are by far the best hostess I have ever came encounter with- very quick to respond- the home was very welled stocked - The backyard 😍😍 and neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet !’ I will definitely be returning back!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for beautiful stay.

This was my first time using Airbnb and I was blessed to have found Karen as my host, she was very kind, caring, and hospitable. The house was clean and was full of amenities and everything that you’d need was already provided. I felt very cozy and safe with my two miniature weenie dogs. I will 110% reach out to Karen when I’m thinking about planning another trip to Palm coast. 10/10 experience!

Everything was so smooth. From check in to check out, we felt right at home. The home was clean and in pristine condition, and as described. The neighborhood was newer and very inviting. Fantastic amenities, and wonderful restaurants nearby. Karen was always available and responded in a timely manner. This truly was an amazing first experience and highly recommend this booking and host.

Awesome stay all around. Karen is outstanding. Responses were almost instant. The house and backyard are more spacious than the pictures appear. We had 2 late add on travelers. (A 15 year old and a 12 year old) It was no issue for them to have space with the 2 living rooms available 3 bed bunk room. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you’d want. If we return to the Palm Coast area it will definitely be with Karen.

Karen's home was amazing, our family extended our stay by an extra night due to how great the home was. It is a reasonable driving distance to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We didn't realize we could have dogs here and would have brought our small dog with us if we had known. We are already thinking about coming back to this Airbnb next time we come to the area.

Karen was extremely accommodating. Her home was very clean and welcoming. She added extra touches that I have not seen elsewhere. I would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful home loverly back yard for my two dogs! Home was clean and inviting decor was beautiful. I spent a month at Karen’s house and I can say it was a perfect stay. I worked from home some of the time office space was fantastic. Home is contemporary the atmosphere's relaxing. I can’t say enough great things about this home as there are so many great things about the home. Thank you Karen for such a wonderful stay.❤️

We visit Florida every year to see grandparents. Karen’s place is stunning and the most beautiful we have stayed in. She has more than you would expect from most rentals. She goes above and beyond. Karen's place was great. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning was working awesome and the pool was perfect for our family to hang out at. We also really enjoyed the park and splash pad that was nearby and the beach and many great restaurants aren't far either. Everything was well stocked and clean. We'd definitely stay again!

Such a great place. Great backyard for anyone with a dog. Quiet neighborhood and super easy drive to beach. House is wonderful and very well laid out. Karen was incredibly helpful and accommodating, had things we didn’t even ask for in the house, and a fast responder. Will definitely be staying here again.

The house was located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family vacation. It was close to many of the places we wanted to visit, and the spacious layout provided plenty of room for our kids to feel just like at home. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Karan was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. We highly recommend this place!

This house is so beautiful, very new and clean, and the interior decoration is done with great care and taste. The owner, Karen, is very nice and responds promptly. We had a wonderful weekend at this house! I highly recommend this house for anyone coming here!!

We had a fabulous stay at Karen's. The home was located in a safe, friendly quiet neighbourhood and it was easy to get to major roads to visit Daytona or St Augustine. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The lounge was perfect with enough seating and a great tv. We wanted to watch an NBA game and Karen helped us find a local bar. Karen also provided some lovely little extra's too. We would definitely stay here again, it was easily home (3,000 miles away) away from home.

This rental was truly a “home away from home”! Not only is the location wonderful for access to activities (St Augustine is a half hour away) but all the time we spent at the house added to our ease. The dog loved the big, well maintained yard. The beds were cozy, and we even used the amazing kitchen for making a wonderful family style meal. Karen knows how to add that special and intentional touch. She was lighting quick responding to any questions we had!

This was a great find. Everything was spotless and beds were great. Shower heads and pressure was exceptional. Would certainly stay here again.

Karen has thought of everything you may need when visiting. She is very kind and welcoming and goes above and beyond providing anything you may have forgotten to bring with you. Her house is beautiful inside and very clean. Would totally recommend to anyone and especially anyone traveling with their fur babies...A fenced in backyard was a must for our babies safety and the added bonus was Karens beautiful and exceptionally clean house. Karen’s home was easy to find. Access was easy and we found her home clean and so nicely decorated. In our down time we loved watching some netflix on the big screen. We didn’t use much in the kitchen but it was well equipped for those that do like to cook when on vacation. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would love to stay here again.

Karen's place was very nice and welcoming. The house was super clean and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to be able to go out and run around. Karen was very easy to communicate with. I have family in Palm Coast and visit there often. I will definitely be staying at Karen's place again.
